1998 - Played first Tour qualifying at Tokyo [Princess Cup] (as WC); continued to play on ITF Circuit.

1999 - Fell in Tour qualifying twice; continued to play on ITF Circuit.

2000 - Played first Tour main draw, falling 1r at Tokyo [Japan Open] (as WC); fell in Tour qualifying once; won one doubles title on ITF Circuit.

2001 - Reached 2r twice; fell 1r three times and in Tour qualifying seven times (incl. Roland Garros, Wimbledon, US Open); won one singles title and two doubles titles on ITF Circuit.

2002 - Fell 1r five times and in Tour qualifying nine times (incl. all four majors); reached first three Tour finals in doubles (all w/Sugiyama), then qualified for first Tour Championships in doubles (reaching SF); won one doubles title on ITF Circuit; reached career-high doubles ranking of No.13 on November 11.

2003 - Reached 2r once; fell in Tour qualifying four times (incl. Australian Open, US Open); won one singles title and one doubles title on ITF Circuit.

2004 - Reached 2r twice; fell in Tour qualifying five times (incl. Roland Garros, US Open); won two singles titles and four doubles titles on ITF Circuit.

2005 - First Top 100 season; reached 4r once (Indian Wells; d. No.16 Schiavone en route for first Top 20 win), 3r once and 2r five times; fell 1r four times (incl. Roland Garros, Wimbledon, US Open) and in Tour qualifying four times (incl. Australian Open); made Top 100 debut on June 13 (after Birmingham; rose from No.107 to No.97); won two doubles titles on ITF Circuit.

2006 - Fell 1r three times (incl. Australian Open) and in Tour qualifying four times; withdrew from Bangalore, Memphis and Warsaw w/wrist injury and did not play after April.

2007 - Fell in Tour qualifying three times (incl. US Open); won one singles title and one doubles title on ITF Circuit.

2008 - Reached 2r once; fell 1r three times (incl. Wimbledon) and in Tour qualifying nine times (incl. other three majors); won one singles title and two doubles titles on ITF Circuit.
