2009 - First Top 100 season; played first Tour main draw of career at US Open (also Grand Slam debut; as qualifier, d. No.25 seed Kanepi in 1r, falling to Rybarikova in 3s); played four more Tour main draws in fall (all as qualifier), best result being 3r at Tokyo [Pan Pacific] (d. top seed Safina en route; l. to Benesova); reached 2r two more times, at Seoul (l. to Groenefeld in 3s) and Osaka (l. to No.6 seed Wozniak); fell 1r once, at Guangzhou (l. to LL Spears); fell in Tour qualifying once; made Top 100 debut on November 9 year-end rankings (rose from No.102 to No.92); won three doubles titles on ITF Circuit.
