2007 - Went 44-12 in stellar doubles season w/Chan; despite three Tour doubles titles, highlights were Grand Slam finals at Australian Open (as WC team; l. to Black/Huber) and US Open (l. to Dechy/Safina); first from Chinese Taipei to play a Grand Slam final of any kind; qualified for Tour Championships (first from Chinese Taipei ever to play the event; l. first match); also won two Tour doubles titles w/Hsieh and one doubles title on ITF Circuit; made doubles Top 10 debut on August 6 (after San Diego; rose from No.11 to No.9); fell in qualifying at all five Tour singles events played (incl. Australian Open, Roland Garros and US Open).

2008 - Another strong doubles season; went 34-16 w/Y.Chan, winning seventh through ninth Tour doubles titles of career at Pattaya City, Rome and Los Angeles and reaching finals at Bangalore (l. to Peng/Sun) and Strasbourg (l. to Perebiynis/Yan); was also doubles-only member of Chinese Taipei Olympic Team (reached 2r w/Chan); went 10-3 w/other partners, incl. winning 10th Tour doubles title at Seoul (w/Hsieh); reached doubles career-high No.5 on August 18 (after Olympics); also won one doubles title on ITF Circuit; played two Tour singles events, falling 1r at Charleston (as qualifier, l. to No.9 seed Zvonareva) and in qualifying at Amelia Island.
