2007 - Phenomenal season played exclusively in doubles and all w/Huber; 69-14 team record brought nine titles, most notably at Australian Open, Wimbledon and Tour Championships; her first stint at No.1 coming between October 17, 2005 and February 5, 2006 (16 weeks), returned to No.1 for two more stints in 2007, between June 11 and June 24 (two weeks) and from July 9 (still going); Huber joined her as co-No.1 on November 12 year-end rankings (also still going).

2008 - Another phenomenal season in doubles, going 66-14 in exclusive partnership w/Huber; won 10 Tour doubles titles together, at Antwerp, Dubai, Berlin, Birmingham, Eastbourne, Stanford, Montréal, US Open (was fourth Grand Slam doubles title w/Huber and fifth overall), Zürich and Tour Championships; runners-up four times, at Doha (l. to Peschke/Stubbs in final), Miami (l. to Srebotnik/Sugiyama in final), Moscow (l. to Petrova/Srebotnik in final) and Linz (l. to Srebotnik/Sugiyama in final); SF four times, incl.
